Hi Sandy

I was thinking of you recently as my parents received their updated Medicare prescription drug information for 2012. We have been thankful all year that you were able to help us get my parents insurance coverage. I was reading over their information for this coming year and I can see how it can be confusing for senior citizens. Yikes!

It has always been difficult getting data from insurance companies when it comes to reviewing our medical plan.  The UBA benchmarking report provides information that is not available to us from any other source.  It enables our organization to make important decisions about our medical plan and provided us with some level of confidence that our benefit offering is competitive within our industry and other groups our size.  We now consider the review of our benefit survey a vital part of our renewal process.

Dear Sandra,
Attached are three files which include the changes for open enrollment.  We have added 20 new members to our group and it increased our overall participation by 25%!  It looks like the video really helped!  We are also pleased that a number of employees who need insurance, but usually waive,  have enrolled this year and now have the protection they need.
