It has always been difficult getting data from insurance companies when it comes to reviewing our medical plan. The UBA benchmarking report provides information that is not available to us from any other source. It enables our organization to make important decisions about our medical plan and provided us with some level of confidence that our benefit offering is competitive within our industry and other groups our size. We now consider the review of our benefit survey a vital part of our renewal process.
The seminar I attended was outstanding, top notch professional and I learned so much. I came back to the office and gave a full debriefing on everything I learned.
